Earle Meets World, a new reality show centered on the influencer and her family, released all eight episodes on Netflix at midnight Friday and chronicles Earle’s life after she finished filming Dancing With the Stars last year. The show, which promised that nothing was “off limits,” dives into most of those topics. Ahead of Earle Meets World’s launch, Earle sat down with The Hollywood Reporter to unpack the series’ biggest headlines in the first of one of two stories from that interview.

With Cooper becoming a major topic of conversation in the series, Earle tells THR she isn’t worried about how Cooper may or may not react.
“I’m not sure how she will respond actually, but I think I’ve tried to just let go of that harping over me and just focus on the fun and positive coming with the show,” Earle said. “It’s hard to predict what someone’s gonna do. And I think sometimes when you worry too much about something doesn’t do you any good.”
In the finale, the show takes viewers back to April of this year, when the fallout between Earle and Cooper came to a head. After seeing that Earle liked negative posts about her on social media, Cooper posted a video to her social accounts urging the 25-year-old to “get specific and just say what you gotta say about me.” She added, “There’s no NDA, no one is stopping you, stop hiding behind other people, and just say it yourself. What’s the beef?”
Earle responded in the comments, writing, “Okay on it!!!” This prompted fans to wait for her public response. But it never came.
After Earle returns to her parents’ home in New Jersey, Earle Meets World documents a candid conversation between Earle and her family.
“I feel like I’m being baited into saying something, so that I’m like, what do you have up your sleeve that you’re trying to trick me with?” she explained as to why she waited to speak about the feud.
Earle said she was “scared of Alex Cooper,” which she explained was why she had “stayed quiet” for so long.
Speculation of a feud between the two businesswomen first sparked in February 2025 after Earle was dropped from Cooper’s Unwell Network, where she hosted the Hot Mess podcast, which launched in 2023.
“I found out I was no longer working with [her company] Unwell through the media,” Earle said. “I’m just intimidated. I don’t know what she’s going to do or how she’s going to twist things. I always hope that karma or something would do its thing one day, and karma is taking a while.”
Earle’s father, TJ, also claimed that, professionally, she was not given the proper resources to film her podcast by Unwell. Earle agreed, but also said that on a personal level, she didn’t feel like she was looked out for.
So what does Earle say actually happened between them? She points to a series of incidents that left her feeling “taken advantage of and used and mistreated and manipulated.”
“We need to have an intervention,” Earle said to her family, addressing Cooper’s video. “From the start, I didn’t realize things were going wrong because I was obsessed with her. This is my idol. I’m so happy to work with her. Then, I constantly felt taken advantage of and used and mistreated and manipulated,” she said. “We were filming her podcast and she’s having us drink before and asking me really sexual questions I wasn’t comfortable with, but I’m also answering because I’m drunk.”

Earle was referring to her first appearance on Call Her Daddy in September 2023.
She said she later felt uncomfortable with “raunchy questions” about her sexual past that were asked during the interview. Earle asked the Call Her Daddy host to remove some of the questions, but said Cooper declined, assuring her it was “so funny.”
Reflecting on the experience with her family, Earle broke down in tears.

Courtesy of Netflix “It’s stuff I didn’t necessarily want to live on the internet forever,” she said. “So that definitely hurt me. It hurts now. But in the moment I was like, ‘She’s looking out for me.’
“What I was thinking, which makes me so sad for me at the time. I was so happy. I trusted her so much and all she did was shit on it. And it sucks,” Earle continued. “The things she put out there are stuff I can never take back. Like, my kids are going to see that, and it took a toll on all of us.”
Earle also connected those feelings to another personal experience she shared publicly: her father’s affair with his now-wife, Ashley Dupré, with whom he shares three children. Earle said she regretted speaking openly about the affair during an interview with Cooper, which affected her family and caused Earle and Ashley to not speak for several months after the episode was released.
“That interview, when we talked about our family experience, I cried to her, like, ‘Thanks, this meant so much to me, I really look up to you, and I’m so happy I got to share this story.’ And it just makes me feel like a fucking loser,” Earle said in tears. “I was so excited and happy and thought I was doing something so good, and I was doing something so hurtful to all of us.”
Ashley called the aftermath “the hardest moment of my life.”
In Earle Meets World, her family also shared their perspective on her fallout with Cooper. Earle’s mother, Alisa, called Cooper a “bully,” adding that “no one’s going to bring my daughter down.” Her sister Ashtin added, “I don’t like her aura. Whatever you say can be twisted and turned and used against you.”
Speaking with THR, Earle said her problems with Cooper were an overall issue rather than one specific incident.
“There were a bunch of things over time that didn’t go so great, and maybe wasn’t the best working relationship,” she said. “But more than getting into the nitty gritty of each individual point. When we were filming that, it was really showing like the struggle of me in real time feeling like this pressure from social media and everyone wanting this response and not knowing what to do and not wanting to just say something out of emotion.”
She added, “Sometimes as a viewer, it’s easier than it seems. When you’re on your phone, you’re like, ‘We’ll just say something.’ So I think those were real, vulnerable moments that we captured of me wrapped in a burrito blanket at my parents’ house, crying for days on end. Like, ‘I don’t know what to do! I’m gonna pull my hair out!’ I wouldn’t say that it was fun. We got to capture that, but it was the reality of what was going on at the time.”
Later in the episode, Earle vents to TJ and Ashley, reading a draft text she had written to Cooper. Though it’s unclear if it was ever sent, Earle said she was worried about getting in legal trouble.
“I wanted to write you directly and let you know why I don’t like you,” begins the draft Earle intended to send Cooper. “I’m not going to fall for your bait of getting me into a back and forth online and I don’t think you want that either. You are manipulative and toxic. Go ahead and say it’s just business all you want, but the way you approach business is disgusting. You choose money over morals. You took advantage of me at a young age in an industry I knew nothing about. You were full of false promises, and Unwell was a continuation of that. We had a call where you threatened me to not go to war with you because you know how sick and twisted you are. Go ahead and share this, use it against me, but you will no longer scare or trap me. You’re right, I may be petty, but I’m not malicious. If there’s one thing I learned from doing business with you, it’s never to do business with anyone like you.”
With the show’s arrival and Cooper mentioned frequently in the series, Earle admits to THR, “I haven’t talked to her, no.” She also did not answer when asked whether she’d ever be open to reconciling.
