Tyler Falbo, a writer, director and producer known for his shaping the viral comedy videos of sketch group Almost Friday, is helming an R-rated comedy movie for Paramount.

Titled “Boys for Life,” the film will be released theatrically on April 9, 2027. While few plot details are available, Variety hears it is an ensemble comedy about a group of friends reuniting — with a twist.

“Boys for Life” is currently in production. Paramount acquired the project in a competitive situation that also involved A24 and Warner Bros., Variety hears. Falbo serves as director and producer, and he co-wrote the script with Max Barrett. Galen Core also serves as producer.
