The festival in City Park, from 11 to 13 September, is the first major BBC music event to take place in Scotland for three years.
A DJ party night, featuring sets from Radio 2 presenters Sara Cox, DJ Spoony, Gary Davies, Michelle Visage and Rylan will kick off the weekend on the Friday night.
The Script, ABC, Emilie Sandé, Jack Savoretti, Lulu and Texas will take to the main stage before multiple Grammy winner Khan on the Saturday.
Deacon Blue, Level 42, James Blunt, Cast, Blue and Appleton will appear before Simple Minds on the Sunday.
All the weekend's live performances will be broadcast on Radio 2 and BBC Sounds, as well as iPlayer.
Khan described Stirling as a "magical place".
"I can't wait to share the songs, the love and make some beautiful memories together," added the I'm Every Woman singer.

He said: "It's going to be in Stirling which is not so far from our neck of the woods and Simple Minds in Scotland is always special, especially as it will be our first and only gig in the UK this year.
"It's going to kick off a whole lot of momentum for us so we are already really looking forward to it."
Kerr added that the band's set will be very upbeat and they want to involve the crowd.
"I'm pretty confidence we'll have the place jumping up and down," he said.

"You'll hear many of these stars' iconic songs performed live against the backdrop of this incredible setting.
"The range of musical genres represented is a testament to the breadth and diversity of music played on Radio 2 - there is truly something for everybody."
Stirling CouncilCity Park was the venue for Stirling Summer Sessions in 2024Radio 1's Big Weekend in Dundee in 2023 was the last major BBC music event in Scotland.
Several landmarks in Stirling, including the Wallace Monument, were lit up ahead of the announcement in February.
Previous editions of the festival have taken place in Leicester, Preston and Chelmsford, after it was moved from its permanent home in London's Hyde Park in 2022.
City Park previously hosted Stirling Summer Sessions in 2024, with performances from Tom Jones, Young Fathers and Shania Twain.
The event was cancelled in 2025.
Tickets for Friday, Saturday and Sunday go on sale on Wednesday 10 June at 08:30.
Prices start at £40 (plus booking fee) for the pre-party on Friday, while Saturday and Sunday are priced from £84 (plus booking fee).
