Crowley to retire from riding and start training

Jim Crowley has called time on his illustrious riding career having failed to recover sufficiently from a serious injury he suffered in a fall at York in September.

Crowley began his time in the saddle as a National Hunt jockey but it was not until he switched to the Flat that he really began to showcase his talent.
