Award-winning actor and producer Danielle Brooks is launching the new video podcast, “The InnerMission.”

The Grammy winner and Oscar, Emmy and Tony-nominated actor will interview guests in her home movie theatre, with the aim to “pause and dive deeper into the beautiful, messy and necessary in-between moments when life forces the curtains closed.”

“Investing in yourself is everything. I’ve always known that my passions and skill sets reach far beyond performing, and launching this podcast is my way of honoring those deeper desires,” Brooks tells Variety. “It’s a reminder that you are the author of your own life story — if there’s something you want to do, go after it. I have so much to share and even more to learn, and I want my listeners to grow right alongside me.”
