Courtesy of Sarajevo Film Festival Anyone with a scrolling habit will know that social media can be a soothing place for the downbeat and lonely. Yet the intimacy you can strike up with strangers rubs up against the uncomfortable fact that our online personae are always manipulated to an extent. Writer-director Urša Menart’s luminous Sarajevo competition title “Everything That’s Wrong With You” doesn’t dismiss the potential power of our virtual bonds so much as it recognizes that they operate by a strange and slippery set of rules. Mernart’s sophomore feature, following the 2018 dramedy “My Last Year as a Loser,” continues her exploration of the zillennial blues, offering a Slovenian riff on female friendship indies like “Frances Ha,” grounded by the sweet-and-sour chemistry of its leading ladies.
