Courtesy of Amazon Author Rebecca Yarros‘ first novel was published in 2014, and she’s since cemented herself as a cornerstone of the romantasy genre through The Empyrean Series, which includes bestselling novels “Fourth Wing,” “Iron Flame,” and “Onyx Storm.” Expected to be a five-book series, Yarros owes readers two more books, but in the meantime, is tackling a new project: “Peculiar Stars.”
Described as a “slow-burn romance novel about love, family, and what it means to become the truest version of yourself,” it follows the main character Callista as she develops a relationship with her fiancé’s cousin in the aftermath of a tragedy. Priced at $32.99, it is currently available for pre-order on Amazon and Barnes & Noble, and will be published by Amazon Publishing’s imprint Montlake on Nov. 17.
