After defending her undisputed women’s heavyweight title against Franchon Crews-Dezurn back in February, American boxer Claressa Shields drops in weight class to middleweight to challenge WBA and WBC champion Australian Kaye Scott. The bout is scheduled for 10 rounds.
On Saturday, Aug. 15, Shields (18-0-0) vs. Scott (5-1-1) takes place at State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia with a start time of 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT. Ringwalk for the main event is expected around 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT.
