Immigration protests 'could get worse', says Badenoch

Kemi Badenoch tells the BBC that protests in the UK over immigration "could get worse".

Asked if she thinks the UK could be on the brink of rioting because of people's concerns about immigration, the Conservative leader said that the country "could see those sorts of scenes" if concerns were ignored.

Badenoch's comments come after more than 2,500 were taken into police custody in France following a weekend of widespread demonstrations and violence.
