On Monday night’s episode of “The Daily Show,” Jon Stewart gave his post-game thoughts about Sunday’s World Cup final match, which saw Spain win out over Argentina 1-0.

“Of course, the World Cup ended yesterday, finito, with Spain defeating Argentina 1-0 on the pitch, in the footy,” Stewart said at the top of the show. “The Spain-Argentina final was like a reverse Super Bowl, where the players spoke Spanish, and the halftime show was in English.”
