Former President Obama is taking a dig at President Trump’s gold-filled changes to the Oval Office.

In a clip released Monday promoting his cameo on HBO Max’s “Life, Larry and the Pursuit of Unhappiness,” the 44th president is seen taking a tour of a replica of the Oval Office that was featured on a sketch for the Larry David-starring show.

“Nice job on the recreation,” Obama quips, as he’s seen glancing around the faux White House space that was designed to mimic how the Oval Office looked during his presidency.

“You even have the apples,” Obama said, pointing to a bowl of fruit that he was known to keep on the coffee table.

“It’s fantastic,” Obama exclaimed.

“Although I do want to point out there’s no gold sign on the outside that says ‘Oval Office,'” Obama deadpanned to laughs from the production crew.

“I can’t believe I didn’t think of that,” Obama said.

Photos and videos first surfaced last November of a gold-script sign that said “The Oval Office” next to the entrance of the room near the Rose Garden.

The signage was one of several gold accents added at the White House by Trump, which have included gilded touches on the Oval Office’s ceiling, fireplace mantel and doorways. When asked about the golden additions last year by Fox News’s Laura Ingraham, Trump replied, “It needed a little life.”

Trump has made several other significant and sometimes-controversial changes to the White House, including the demolition of the East Wing for a ballroom that’s currently tied up in a legal battle, the renovation of the Rose Garden into a patio and the creation of a “Presidential Walk of Fame” along the colonnade.
