The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City are back for their seventh season, dropping Wednesday, Sept. 16 on Bravo.

The network revealed the premiere date on Thursday, alongside the first trailer at the upcoming installment. Back this year is the full season six cast, comprised of Lisa Barlow, Mary Cosby, Heather Gay, Angie Katsanevas, Meredith Marks, Bronwyn Newport and Whitney Rose; Britani Bateman also returns as a friend, while new friend Ashley Quai joins the women.

The trailer gives a first look at the season where filming was temporarily halted after the death of Mary’s son Robert Cosby Jr. Mary’s husband, Robert Sr., returned to film for season seven after previously stepping away from the spotlight following the first season of Salt Lake City.

In the trailer, Mary thanked her husband for his support: “You’ve been my strength, my side piece… I’m so blessed and thankful I can go through this with Robert Sr.” Also later in the tease, Mary shares her gratitude seemingly to her cast, “I could not have got through without you guys. You all was there for me.”

Robert made appearances on the Salt Lake City-based Real Housewives series alongside his mother, who joined the show in season one. During season five, he spoke about his substance-abuse problems in a conversation with Mary, explaining that he began taking drugs, including Xanax, acid, Molly and cocaine.

Production on season seven was scheduled to begin during the week of Feb. 23, but was paused after Robert Cosby Jr.’s death. The Salt Lake City police department told THR they responded to an overdose call at about 6:14 p.m. on Feb. 23, noting that it then became a death investigation.

Also featured in the trailer were clips of both Katsanevas and Rose discussing potential separations from their respective husbands, after news of both of their marriage struggles surfaced in late July. Katsanevas’ husband Shawn Trujillo says in the trailer, “The most important person here is [our daughter] Elektra. If we choose to go our separate ways, that will crush her,” as the Housewife cries in between shots.

Season seven of Salt Lake City premieres with a supersized Sept. 16 episode at 8 p.m. on Bravo, with new episodes be available to stream the next day on Peacock.
