Getty/Everett Collection Disney has dated Ryan Gosling’s “Ghost Rider” movie for July 28, 2028, making it the third Marvel movie set for 2028. “Black Panther 3” is for Dec. 15, 2028, while the untitled “X-Men” movie comes out on May 5, 2028.
The two titles were part of a large number of release updates made by the company in the wake of fan event D23, which took place this past weekend. Gosling’s role was announced in July at Comic-Con.
An untitled Marvel movie is scheduled for Nov. 9, 2029; it was previously referred to only as an untitled Disney Movie.

“Ghost Rider” is directed by Shawn Levy and written by “Star Wars: Starfigher” screenwriter Jonathan Tropper. Gosling takes over the role of the Spirit of Vengeance after Nicholas Cage played the motorcycle rider in two movies for Sony.
Pixar’s “Ghost Market” will be released on March 10, 2028.
“Tangled” will be released on March 31, 2028, and the animated movie “Clay” is set for Nov. 22, 2028.
Other new dates include “Monitor,” which previously set for April 30, 2027, and moves up to April 16 and “Coco 2” set for Nov. 21, 2029.
