Getty Images Colman Domingo will host the April 11 episode of “Saturday Night Live” with Anitta serving as musical guest.
Domingo is a first-time “SNL” host. His episode will air the day before the Season 3 premiere of “Euphoria,” the Sam Levinson-created HBO series in which he guest stars as Ali, who is a mentor to Zendaya’s Rue. The role earned Domingo a drama guest acting Emmy in 2022. He also plays Joe Jackson in the Michael Jackson biopic “Michael,” which hits theaters on April 24, and Danny in Netflix’s “The Four Seasons,” which will debut its second season on May 28. His other prominent credits include AMC’s “Fear the Walking Dead” and the films “Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom” (2020), Zola” (2021), “Rustin” (2023) and “Sing Sing” (2024), with the last two earning him Academy Award nominations.
Anitta will also be making her “SNL” debut. Known as the “queen of Brazilian pop,” she recently released the single “Pinterest” from her upcoming album “Equlibrium.”

Domingo and Anitta’s episode of “SNL” will air the week after Jack Black hosts the series alongside musical guest Jack White.
