The Blaze went top of the One-Day Cup table as they recorded a fourth win in five games by thrashing Durham.
After batting first to reach 240-8, 5-49 from Charley Phillips helped them bowl out their hosts for 148 and a convincing 92-run victory.
They leapfrogged Hampshire at the top after they suffered their first defeat of the campaign at Lancashire.
Hampshire were bowled out for only 153, with three wickets for Kate Cross, before the Red Rose cruised to their target to record a six-wicket victory.
Essex made it two wins out of two as they beat Yorkshire by 13 runs, while Warwickshire enjoyed a 34-run success over Somerset.
The Blaze blitz Durham to go top
The Blaze decided to bat first after winning the toss in Chester-le-Street and despite 47 from opener Prisha Thanawala, they had slipped to 91-5.
But helped by a strong 60 not out from captain Kirstie Gordon, and a partnership of 83 for the ninth wicket with Lucy Higham (32), they reached 240-8 off their 50 overs.
That proved far too much of a total for the home side, who were reduced to 51-6 as Phillips ripped through the top order and eventually finished with 5-49 in her maiden List A five-wicket haul.
Grace Thompson battled for 49 for Durham before she was the last player out as The Blaze wrapped up victory with 10.4 overs to spare.
Lancs too strong for Hants
Hampshire had won all three matches that had been completed in this season's competition while Lancashire had lost their previous three, but recent form was turned on its head at Emirates Old Trafford.
The hosts produced an excellent display with the ball after winning the toss, taking wickets at regular intervals.
There was a top score of just 32 from Amanda-Jane Wellington as Hampshire were eventually bowled out for only 153 in the 43rd over, with Cross leading the way with 3-31.
A first-wicket partnership of 93 then set up a comfortable chase for Lancashire as Emma Lamb with 56 and Eve Jones' 47 laid the platform for the Red Rose to see it home with 16.3 overs in hand.

Pavely ton decisive for Bears
Warwickshire batter Charis Pavely hit a second century in four days to set up her side for victory over Somerset at Edgbaston.
Her 128 was in vain against The Blaze on Wednesday but her 127 off 103 balls against Somerset was decisive.
That score was the bedrock of the hosts' 336 all out in the final over, with Davina Perrin scoring 45 at the top of the order and a blistering 58 not out off 35 balls from Alexa Stonehouse helping set up the big target.
In response, Somerset could not find that big individual score that would have allowed them to chase it down.
Niamh Holland (65) and Chloe Skelton (51) both passed fifty, but Warwickshire kept picking up wickets to stall any momentum.
Skelton was eventually last out to Stonehouse (3-70) as Somerset were dismissed for 302 in the final over as they lost successive games.
Essex off bottom with win over Yorkshire
The closest match of the day came at Headingley where Essex edged out Yorkshire by just 13 runs.
Cordelia Griffith put on 95 with captain Grace Scrivens (36) after Essex had been put into bat, with Griffith's 69 the highest score of the innings.
But with useful contributions through the middle and lower order, they posted 270-8 off their 50 overs.
Yorkshire captain Lauren Winfield-Hill looked to be leading her team to the target as she hit 88 off only 73 balls but the game turned on her dismissal to make it 142-3.
Number four Sterre Kalis made 65 from 60 balls but she was left high and dry as wickets tumbled at the other end.
From 211-4 in the 37th over, they were eventually bowled out less than 10 overs later for 257 as Essex moved off the bottom of the table.
