When British actor Tom Francis signed with his U.S. agents at CAA, he made his aspirations very clear.

“One of the first emails I sent to my agents was, ‘This is a list of directors who I want to work with and why,’” Francis tells me. “Pete was right at the top of the list because I love ‘Friday Night Lights.’”
