Vicario to have hernia surgery after Forest game - Kinsky to return?

Tottenham goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario will undergo hernia surgery after Sunday's Nottingham Forest game, with his potential absence opening the door for Antonin Kinsky to return following his Atletico Madrid horror show.
