People say taking part in free wellbeing walks has changed their lives "dramatically".
Active Cornwall coordinates the walks in partnership with Ramblers UK and other local partners across the county with the aim of helping people of all ages stay healthy and connected.
Led by trained volunteers and held over coast paths and garden estates to town parks, the walks range from 10 to 90 minutes and are aimed at all abilities.
Kathryn, who takes part in walks at Heligan Gardens near Mevagissey, noted the walks helped lift her spirits when she felt down.

"It has changed my life dramatically, I've built up a really beautiful friendship group," she said.
"We see the animals, we see the plants and every week there is something different going on.
"The people I'm with, they ask how you are - it's just good to talk."
Toni, who also takes part in the walks, said they provided a good opportunity to talk with others.

"I've also just had a knee replacement, so this is helping me along," Toni added.
"I come out and walk, we have a chat and a cup of coffee, getting fresh air and being with human beings."
Professor Chris Whitty, Chief Medical Officer for England, recently recommended adults aim for about 150 minutes of moderate activity a week - and a brisk walk counts towards that amount.
Active Cornwall's Rob Harrison said there were obviously physical benefits of getting out but stressed "the social element is massively important" too.
"You could come to walk on your own, but you go away with friends and have that network and community," Harrison said.
