Disney Disney’s live-action reimagining “Moana” sailed straight to the top of the South Korean box office during the weekend of Jul. 10–12.
According to data from KOBIS, the tracking service operated by the Korean Film Council, the film generated $3 million from 403,931 admissions over the three-day frame, securing a 36.53% share of the weekend market. Since its wide rollout on July 8, the film has accumulated a cumulative gross of $3.7 million from 511,471 total admissions.
