Terence Winter and Dan Farah are partnering for a series take on the memoir of former U.S. Intelligence official Jay Stratton titled “Out of the Shadows,” Variety has learned.

In the memoir, which will be published by HarperCollins imprint William Morrow on Oct. 13, Stratton delves deep into his experiences investigating unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP) and non-human intelligent life. Winter will produce via Cold Front Productions, with Farah producing under his Farah Films banner.
